At Beta, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused furniture and decor items. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your space, we provide a streamlined process for returns and full refunds.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Beta account and select the items from your recent order history that you wish to return.

• 2.
  Package with Care

  Place the items back in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
